Check AI visibility before code ships
Amazon Q in the IDE can answer whether your visibility score moved, which prompts are slipping, and who gained rank — while you are still in the AWS development flow. Use it before merging content or landing-page changes.
Investigate a losing prompt from the Q panel
Pick a prompt where mentions dropped, pull competitor context through Beamtrace tools, and ask Q what site areas might explain the gap. Follow up with code or copy suggestions in the same chat.
Align release work with SEO impact
When planning a release, ask Q to list visibility-related improvements that match the pages you are touching. Helps teams ship features without accidentally ignoring high-value AI search gaps.
Set up
Connect Amazon Q to the shared Beamtrace MCP endpoint, then authorize with your Beamtrace account when prompted.
- In the Amazon Q panel, open Chat → the tools icon (MCP configuration).
- Click +, choose scope, set transport to
http, name it Beamtrace, and paste the URL below. - Save, then complete sign-in in the browser if prompted.

Connected apps and their status are listed in Integrations in your dashboard, where you can disconnect access at any time.
