One click creates Asana tasks for open improvements in the project and section you choose. Already-linked items are skipped so reruns stay safe.
Tasks link back to Beamtrace
Each task includes the improvement title, description, impact and effort labels, and a private link that opens the task in Beamtrace.
Completion syncs status
Marking a linked task complete in Asana sets the matching improvement to done in Beamtrace.
Set up
Connection happens inside Beamtrace: open Integrations in your dashboard, pick Asana and follow the steps there. The dashboard shows your connection details and the status of every connected client.
Requirements
- A Beamtrace workspace with at least one tracked website.
- Organization owner or admin access to connect Asana.
- An Asana project and section where your team tracks site and content work.
