When marketing or execs ask how you show up in AI search, Copilot can pull Beamtrace context inside M365 Copilot chat. Share a short explanation or follow-up actions in the same thread your team already uses.
Turn gaps into talking points for reviews
Before a quarterly review, have Copilot list where you are invisible, who overtook you, and which improvements are in progress. Use it to structure agenda items and owner assignments in Office docs.
Set up
Connect Microsoft 365 Copilot to the shared Beamtrace MCP endpoint, then authorize with your Beamtrace account when prompted.
- In Microsoft Copilot Studio, open your agent → Tools → Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol.
- Name it Beamtrace, paste the URL below as Server URL, choose OAuth 2.0, then Create.
- Create a connection, Add to agent, complete sign-in when prompted, then publish the agent to Microsoft 365 Copilot if needed.

Connected apps and their status are listed in Integrations in your dashboard, where you can disconnect access at any time.
Requirements
- A Beamtrace workspace with at least one tracked website.
- A Microsoft 365 Copilot setup that allows custom MCP tools.
