Sync open improvements
One click creates monday.com items for open improvements in the board and initial group you choose. Already-linked items are skipped so reruns stay safe.
Items link back to Beamtrace
Each item carries the improvement title and description, plus a private link that opens the task in Beamtrace.
Status column sync
When a linked item moves to a done status column in monday.com, the matching improvement is marked complete in Beamtrace.
Set up
Connection happens inside Beamtrace: open Integrations in your dashboard, pick monday.com and follow the steps there. The dashboard shows your connection details and the status of every connected client.
Requirements
- A Beamtrace workspace with at least one tracked website.
- Organization owner or admin access to connect monday.com.
- A monday.com board and group where your team tracks site and content work.
