Overview

Beamtrace tracks how AI assistants answer questions about your business. With Notion connected, visibility, topic, and competitor summaries land on the pages your team already maintains — without retyping metrics from the dashboard.

What you can do

These are the jobs the integration is built for.

  • Drop visibility summaries into team pages

Notion AI can read Beamtrace through MCP and pull visibility, topic, and competitor summaries into the pages your team already maintains. Update weekly status docs without retyping metrics from the dashboard.

  • Maintain a living content backlog in Notion

Ask Notion to list losing prompts and suggested improvements, then append the results to a database or doc your content team tracks. Each refresh uses current Beamtrace data instead of stale screenshots.

  • Share context for cross-functional planning

Before a planning meeting, have Notion compile who gained rank, which topics need coverage, and what improvements are in progress. Paste or link the page for stakeholders who do not use Beamtrace daily.

Set up

Connection happens inside Beamtrace: open Integrations in your dashboard, pick Notion and follow the steps there. The dashboard shows your connection details and the status of every connected client.

Requirements

  • A Beamtrace workspace with at least one tracked website.
  • A Notion workspace that allows custom MCP connections (Business/Enterprise may need admin approval).
