Set up
Connect ServiceNow Build Agent to the shared Beamtrace MCP endpoint, then authorize with your Beamtrace account when prompted.
- In AI Agent Studio → Settings → Manage MCP Servers → New (requires role
sn_mcp_client.admin). - Enter a name and the URL below, choose OAuth 2.1, then Add.
- On the MCP server record, Authenticate → Authorize.

Requirements
- A Beamtrace workspace with at least one tracked website.
- A ServiceNow Build Agent setup that allows custom MCP / connector tools.
