Sync open improvements
One click creates Todoist tasks for open improvements in the project and section you choose. Already-linked items are skipped so reruns stay safe.
Tasks link back to Beamtrace
Each task includes the improvement title, description, impact and effort labels, and a private link that opens the task in Beamtrace.
Completion syncs status
Completing a linked task in Todoist sets the matching improvement to done in Beamtrace; uncompleting reopens it.
Set up
Connection happens inside Beamtrace: open Integrations in your dashboard, pick Todoist and follow the steps there. The dashboard shows your connection details and the status of every connected client.
Requirements
- A Beamtrace workspace with at least one tracked website.
- Organization owner or admin access to connect Todoist.
- A Todoist project (and optional section) where your team tracks site and content work.
