Sync open improvements
One click creates Trello cards for open improvements on your chosen list. Already-linked items are skipped so reruns stay safe.
Cards link back to Beamtrace
Each card includes the improvement title, description, impact and effort labels, and a private link that opens the task in Beamtrace.
Completion syncs status
Mark a linked card complete or incomplete in Trello to set the improvement to done or reopen it. Moving between lists alone does not change status; archiving hides Open in without completing the improvement.
Set up
Connection happens inside Beamtrace: open Integrations in your dashboard, pick Trello and follow the steps there. The dashboard shows your connection details and the status of every connected client.
Requirements
- A Beamtrace workspace with at least one tracked website.
- Organization owner or admin access to connect Trello.
- A Trello board and list where your team tracks site and content work.
